Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes. The free plan includes up to 25 bookmarks, voice notes, auto-tags, search, dark mode, and import/export. No time limit, no credit card required.

What happens to my bookmarks if I cancel premium?

Your bookmarks are never deleted. You'll keep all your existing bookmarks, but you won't be able to add new ones beyond the 25 free limit or use premium features like cloud sync.

How does cloud sync work?

Sign in with your Google account inside the extension. Your bookmarks sync automatically to Firebase. Access them from any Chrome browser where you're signed in.

Is my data private?

Absolutely. Your bookmarks are stored locally on your device by default. If you enable cloud sync, your data is stored in your own Firebase database node — encrypted in transit, and only accessible by you.

How do I activate premium after purchasing?

After payment, you'll receive a license key via email and on the success page. Copy the key, go to the extension's saved items page, and enter it in the premium activation section. Or paste it in the "Activate Premium" section above.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you're not happy within 14 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
